MJ6-i: new dehumidifying dryer with honeycomb rotor for stable drying

The new MJ6-i continuously monitors load demands, reducing energy consumption while maintaining a consistent -60ºC dew point for resin, ensuring fast drying for a quicker process start.
The built-in self-control feature (denoted by "i" for intelligence) prevents the drying process from being influenced by external air temperature and humidity.
This device saves up to 83% energy with its continuous operation method, reducing resin temperature after drying and optimizing airflow to prevent over-drying and yellowing. Additionally, regeneration heating air is pre-heated with waste heat to further reduce power consumption.
Matsui has perfected its “honeycomb” desiccant wheel technology over four decades. The spinning wheel continuously presents fresh, thirsty desiccant to absorb moisture as it travels through each channel. The "wet" desiccant is dried and ready to absorb moisture again, performing maintenance-free and maintaining a -40ºC dew point for years.
